Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few business days. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email or phone.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

Beatrice’s Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect shipping details provided at checkout.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local courier or neighbors before reaching out.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

For missing packages, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier immediately.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in our shipping fees.

  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs fees upon delivery.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.

To file a claim:

  1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  2. Email us with your order number, a description of the damage, and the photos.
  3. We will assess your claim and, if applicable, offer a replacement.

Beatrice’s Collection is not liable for damages caused during shipping. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim for compensation.


No Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
